Portfolio Assistant - Temporary
Office of Admissions
This is a temporary full-time position that will assist the Admissions Review Coordinator with incoming student portfolios.
Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve mail from mailroom twice a day; quantities can be large
  • Receive and log in portfolios.  Includes opening packages, date stamping portfolios, sending proof of receipts and organizing of portfolios.
  • Re-package and return portfolios to applicants.
  • Answer telephones, alphabetical filing, data entry and photocopying.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to take and follow directions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to push carts weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Computer experience with knowledge of data entry helpful.
  • High school graduate or high school proficiency.
