Bach's Circle
REDCAT: CalArts’ Baroque music ensemble plays the sublime music of Johann Sebastian Bach, Georg Philipp Telemann and Antonio Vivaldi. Bach’s Circle features the artistry of violinist Elizabeth Baker, cellist Erika Duke-Kirkpatrick, bassoonist Julie Feves, harpsichordist Patricia Mabee, flutist Janice Tipton and oboist Allan Vogel.

Anne LeBaron: Pope Joan
A performance of the concert version of Pope Joan, a dance opera portraying the female pope who reigned, disguised as a man, in the middle of the ninth century. Conducted by Mark Menzies, with guest soprano Kristin Norderval and an eight-piece chamber ensemble. Duration about one hour; reception to follow.
